Rear window spoiler install

Hey guys just installed the rear window spoiler a few days ago but after a few days on one side the spoiler is pulling up. I used the 3m tape and a heat gun to hold it down but the spoiler itself is a little bent. Is there a tape or some sort of device to hold it on so it can dry without pulling up? Thanks
