Rear Spoiler Removal? How To

Anyone have a writeup on removing the rear spoiler? I am planning on doing the spoiler delete and just plugging the holes.

There are mounting screws on the edges and under the trunk liner (which might be a little difficult to get to. Just remove those, unplug the led bar.

How are you planning to plug the holes? Body filler and paint, or actually using plugs?

even after you remove the screws, there is double sided tape and it is VERY strong. Take some fishing line to it and you should be good to go.

Be careful removing it, you may be able to recoup some dollars by selling it to a fellow orger. What are you going to have for your rear third brake light once you remove it? I think its required in most states if the car is after a certain year.
