Wrong exhaust?

Hello everybody, I bought this axle back exhaust from Ebay about 2-3 weeks ago. It looks like they shipped me the wrong part ... I could be wrong but is this for the 2000 Maxima?

And this is what I ordered ...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_2442wt_1199

Is it too late for them to replace the part? If so, is there anything I can do about it?

That doesn't look like a 5th gen exhaust, and why does the listing say 4cyl? I think you ordered a wrong system.

I don't think I ordered a wrong system since it was recommended to me from another org member (Nismo something) and I believe (Chris something) confirmed it as well.

Yes, that is the incorrect axle-back. They shipped incorrectly. Try to get them to send correct part.

By the way, all of their auctions for the Maxima axle-back refer to it as a 4cyl.

They must be referring to the Samsung SM5. It came with the SR20DE instead of the VQ30.

Alright I just noticed that when I opened the package it did not come with bolts or a receipt inside. What am I suppose to do? Is the receipt the sticker on the outside of the package?

Didn't you pay with paypal? If you did, they e-mail you a receipt, use that.

Right from there auction:

There are no returns on item purchases unless:

Item is not the actually item. I.E. wrong item shipped or misinterpreted item.
Its been 2 weeks but you can still get a return, they should also have your username of the person who bought it, an email with the transaction number so you can give them all of that and tell them its completely the wrong one and you will not pay to ship it back (don't let them make you pay without reimbursment)

Worse comes to worse, open a paypal claim on them, If you don't get a response within 72 hours, you have picture proof and packaging of the address where it came from, paypal will side with you if you end up at this point.

If the seller has not replied yet, I would suggest you file a Paypal claim ASAP,
-As soon as you do that Paypal puts a hold on the sellers account of the amount you paid, and the seller can not withdraw these funds till the claim has been resolved by you. I suggest you do that because this way the seller has to co operate with you in order for him to receive the funds.
