Just had my clutch changed

145k miles and the clutch started slipping and 'juddering', so had a local shop do the work. All told it came to $755 including some switch on the tranny that was about ready to fall out as the retainer tab had somehow broken off at some point in time.

I can't believe how much lighter it feels now. Not the first time I've had a vehicle's clutch renewed, but still a shock.

Did you replace the original clutch? Did you use OEM parts? Just curious...I have 127K on my Max with original clutch (no fluid change yet either).
