Whining sound coming from one of my tires

I hear a noise like the brakes or rotors are going bad on my car but when I check the brakes, it's fine.

Also one of my yellow lights (the ones inside the headlights) has blown, anyone know where I can get a replacement that's the cheapest?

My car now has 145k on the engine, it's a 02, I've changed the radiator and the power steering pressure hose, what else should I check for?

I also did a oil change as well.

Just what exactly do you declare "checking the brakes?"

1, Do you hear it only when braking or all the time?

2. Are you talking about the blinker light or the parking light?
check here for sizes and go to you local autozone, napa, pep boys, vip, or other autoparts store. http://www.moodym.com/maxima/tech/maxbulbchart.html

3. Check your owners manual for the maintenance schedule. That will have most of the info of things to check for.

There's a lack of information on a major scale here. You need to let us know when this happens like during driving you hear a whining noise, or when i brake i hear it or etc etc

I think it's a belt, it's a whining sound coming from the engine. It's always on even when the car is stopped.
