Exedy Stage 1 Racing Clutch

Ok, so I'm pretty sure I need a clutch in my car. I've read on here that this clutch is slightly stiffer than stock, but will handle the high power that the stock clutch won't. I really don't want a stiffer pedal, but I guess I have to put up with it if I want the clutch to survive the way i like to drive I didn't find any information on how it shifts though. Does it change the feel of the engagement of the gears? Does it make it rougher or smoother than stock? I just need to know what to expect

What do you mean by 'engagement feel' of the gears? You mean moving the shifter in and out of gear? No, how would a clutch change that?

yeah, i meant like is it more aggressive in the aspect of engaging.. like will the car jerk more when you change gears where a stock clutch would otherwise be smooth

It all depends on the driver.

Yes, the clutch is a little more harsh than stock, but not by that much.
