exhaust manifold on the back of the motor, under the intake manifold.

ah I currently have this SES code. I ordered a new Bank 2 Sensor 1 o2 sensor from Dave B here...should be here within the next two days. My gas mileage got very bad and there is horrible performance

Its the O2 sensor after the pre-cat in the front. If you get under the car, its the sensor on the top of the exhaust pipe just after the pre-cat, just after it bends to head to the back of the car.
