Here are my symptoms: Dash wont light up and auxilary lights (tail lights + those white lights above turn signals) wont turn on.
It seems like a blow fuse, I just cant find which one? I checked every fuse, none is blown. I swapped 10A Tail lamp fuse under the hood, still nothing. What else can cause this problem?!

 

So I checked tail lamps fuse on the drivers side under the hood with a voltmeter - it shows zero tried swapping tail lamp relay on the passanger side - still nothing. Ideas anyone?
