steering wheel "wobbles"

Well, 02 6mt 70k on the clock. Since i bougth the car about 2 months ago the steering wheel is shakey. Whether tight, or loose(obviously). Anyone know exactly what it is that's lose causing it to do this? It get's really annoying and seems to be getting worse and worse every time. The actual steering column seems to be shaky. Any imput before I go about ripping off the dash and just looking for the culprit would be useful.

Thanks in advance-

Does it do it at a particular speed?

I would check: tire balance, lower control arm bushings, steering tie rod ends.

EDIT: got what?

I got it, meaning i figured it out. I took off the plastic on the steerin column, was just 2 bolts that were loose. It shook at any speed btw. If u pushed down on it it would easily go down. Never seems fastened. Not sure what the 2 bolts are called, However it was a pretty easy fix. Thanks.
