PPL w/ Roof Overlay's (5.5 gen)...QUESTION:

So for those who have a roof overlay on their 5.5 gen.....how much vinyl is needed?

If I remember correctly I just got a big sheet that was more then enough to just cover the whole roof, you would have to measure it out on your car with a tape measure then add 4" all around.

Was the painting done at a shop, or at home?
What was involved in the process, do u know?
Did he sand the whole roof down first, then lay some paint?

Paint is permanent
Vinyl is removable.

I got the Vinyl for $40 from a member on here, but go to a tint shop they might be able to get you the same stuff

or

Yes it was done at a shop. He sanded(sp?) down the whole roof, painted, and clear coated it.The same as if you were getting a real paint job

jet v force

I have managed to find a used v force that fits the vq30de but I am not sure which wires its mates up to under the hood I have checked on Jet Performance website and its to old of a model to find out any suggestions... I really think it will be an upgrade if installed correct and programmed right.
