Bleh Alignment Issues orr?

So here's the deal. I hit a pot-hole a while back and with my luck the wheel hub and bearing was toast not too long after (usual symptoms, whirring noise slight pull in both directions, etc.) Well now that I have got a new hub and bearing it STILL has an alignment problem, but it still pulls in both directions! Mostly just pulls left even though the steering wheel sits about 2-3 degrees off center to the right. Every now and then it pulls right and the steering wheel will be almost perfectly straight. My tires are pretty old but I did notice that the Inside tread on my right front is completely bald (vs the almost bald other side but you can still tell there's tread there)

I want to fix this before I get new tires..

Do I possibly have bad tie rods? Could the strut(s) cause this? Do I just need an alignment?

Any input is welcome.

Sounds as though the toe is out, so take it to an alignment shop. They will check the condition, or are supposed to check the condtion of the front end components and then do an alignment along with adjusting the steering wheel to the level position.
