service engine light

Has anyone else had this problem?

I am running pretty much stock and only have about 30000 miles on my 2000 GXE. And yesterday the yellow service engine light came up. Has anyone had this or have an idea why it came?

It's probably just an emissions problem. No worries. I had this happen about 6 months ago and I was running completely stock at the time. Stop by your dealer and they'll fix it. If I remember correctly, a TSB was applied...

My 2000 SE did this last week, got the same story, the only code was that the computer crashed. With the re-program, also implemented the TSB for the manual transmission on-off throttle problem, much better than before.

yea they did the tsb on mine its a little better but not much
