I am so happy with my Cattman. I have a test pipe and Cattman from there back and it's whisper quiet cruising but I hammer it and sounds awesome.

Vibrant Street Power Performance Muffler (cost me 100.00 bucks) model #1148 in Flat Black, 2.5" inlet with twin 3" exit pipes, and I deleted the resonator. My Max now has the very nice deep rich tone I was looking for below is a video sound clip.

What's quieter than this? I'm looking for the G35 sound, or maybe a little bit quieter. Videos with sound would be awesome

the only thing quieter would be just leaving you stock exhaust system

As fare as the G35 sound you can stop looking, the Max has different cams and head and piping so you will not achieve the G35 sound ... you may get close but not duplicate. If mine sounds still a bit to loud for your taste just leave your resonator in place that will quiet it down a whole bunch, I wanted more tone and sound which is why I swapped out my B pipe to remove the squashed section and then went with a straight pipe to replace my resonator and added the Vibrant Performance muffler jet black for a more stealth look.

i just picked up a jacked up cattman muffler(im 3rd owner), IDK what the orger's goal was, but according to the second owner, the orginal owner had a I30 or I35 and tried to do his own lil custom crap on the muffler, lets say the guy just ruined a good muffler, where the tips are he cut em off and (tried to) weld two flowmaster tips on it, and also where the piping met the muffler he tried to add some kind of additional peice because the infiniti's body is longer, but needless to say he wrecked it, i would post pics but the thing isnt in the greatest of condition, i sent Brian a pm hoping that i can ship the muffler out to get it repaired, i'd hate to see a working muffler go to waste

Different heads and cams, no. But the piping is indeed unique to RWD VQ's.

Megan was such a POS exhaust. A few people on here had bad experiences with these exhausts.
