Inhibitor Relay = Starter Relay?

While doing some research on the Org about my intermittent starting issues I saw someone mention checking the "Ihibitor Relay". He made it sound like this was another word for starter relay.

Is that true? The reason I ask is that I know there is a Starter Solenoid on the 2002 A/T and I was lef to believe a relay and a solenoid wouldn't be used together, but rather it would be one or the other.

I'll grant you my electrical knowledge is weak at best, but was wondering if the 2002 SE A/T would have both a starter (inhibitor) relay AND a starter solenoid. Thanks!
