Check out these wheels!!

Anyone ever seen these wheels?

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...w/Black+Accent

I was in the market for some drag wheels and came across these. I was thinking about the 17s (only weighing about 20lbs. a piece). I was thinking about buying two for the front only.

if you want drag wheels just get two 16x8 ssr comps or something like that. better tire choices with 16 instead of 17 too...

Yeah. I've got a BBK. I guess I will keep looking. I figured 20lbs for 17s were cheap. But after getting your opinions, they are kind of heavy.
Man!! It's difficult to find something I really like for less than like $300 per wheel. I've been looking for about a week now. What are you all running?

you look like a tool with good looking drag wheels. the worse they look it seems the better they are (lighter). do you still have the stock wheels? you can fit a 245 or maybe a 255 on there, but they do weigh a lot. I would suggest looking at your tire choices before you decide to make sure you get the perfect combo

Somewhere in the forum here, someone pointed out these wheels. Not light, but attractive, dead-ringers for the G37S rims, and in 17" and 18" sizes:

I'm running a set of 5zigen 17" 16.5 pound wheels that tirerack had on clearance because they only had 2 left. They were really cheap. They're just basic 5 spoke but they're not ugly and for drag wheels they're great.

If you call them they might have odd wheels that aren't on the website.

BTW, 16s might not fit on a 5.5 gen car because of the brakes. If you go less than 17s check it out thuroughly.

There are legions of NASCAR fans who would frag you for them fighting words.

Regardless, check out the OP's ride. Roy really likes lettering on his car. That's his thing.

Agreed. Heavy, but a clean design.

And a way to get the coveted G37s wheels (knock-offs) at half the cost, and in 17" size.

I am not that into NASCAR either. I liked the $99.00 per wheel price tag.
