weird idle problem?

i tried searching but NOTHING!

i recently took my throttle body off and cleaned it. aswell as the maf with crc. and did the vias fix.

i got everything back on and turned on the car it started up normal and idle at 1100rpm and dropped to about 700-800rpm when warm.

BUT THEN, i hit the gas and i revved it to about 2500 and it stayed there!!!!??wtf

i turned it off and waited a couple minutes then back on it was fine i drove it it idled smooth revved smooth. but then i pull into my drive way and revved allitle and again it stayed at 2500 and started climmbing up to 3000 rpm.

i opened the hood and pushed down on the throttle body accelerator. and it went back down to normal 600-700rpm.

what gives?

now i havent done the iavl procedure because i cant find it and i dont think its that.

also on another note i dont see the vias solenoid opening up at all. no matter how much i rev

checked the maf its plugged in. i also noticed when i rev and it does go back down it pauses at 1500rpm for a second then drops down to 800-900rpm and stays there?

also i hear an airleak arounf the vias throttle body area?

last but not least when i move the vias solenoid vale the car revs and stays stuck just like before.

ok i fixed it!!

for future reference. i forgot to pop the cruise control actuator line back in all the way so the cable was hanging and exposed, so i popped it back in and voila. fixed

but my vias solenoid still wont open even when i pass 5000k rpm. this whole ordeal was to fix that!

Ok another problem!

Now when the car is cold it has a weird acceleration problem.

Ok so I started it up and it started up really strong and put it in 1st and it was fine shifted at 3000rpm and I started accelerating and it was like pulling and stopping pulling and stopping or like letting go and pressing the accelerator every half second. Then after 5 minutes of driving it goes away.

I'm kind of mad because this is my fault
