What is the bulb number for the amber/clear corner on 5.5gen headlight?

It's NOT 1157 on the 5.5th gen...

do you mean the parking light actually IN the headlight housing? or the signal light? or the front sidemarker?
parking light is 194
signal light is 7440
front sidemarker is 194

-yeah, the signal light... According to the sylvania.com lamp replacement guide it's a 7440.

not true jowo. parking light is a 168 based off that link. also, based on that chart, the front turn light (assuming thats what they mean for the turn signal in the headlight) is a 7440.

However, autozone claims the cornering light/amber light is a 921.

Can someone really confirm these bulb numbers? I'm trying to buy LED bulbs and I don't want to buy the wrong ones.

168... 194... same thing. 12v wedge bulb.

However, for your daytime running lights, you need to use the little guys. The ones that don't have a lens array that flares beyond the width of the base. Otherwise it won't fit tight in the connector.

-parking light was never amber... just turn signal... and I'll keep mine amber if that's how I wanna keep it!!! haha

Mine is amber. (see my sig pic) But that's because I've got an amber LED bulb in it.
