Alrighty so I am doing a 3.5 OBX header/y pipe setup on my 2000 Nissan Maxima. My car has an EGR and I want to eliminate it. Is there somewhere where I can purchase block off plates? I dont want to get a hole welded in to the headers.

I have searched and only found a thread for a 3rd gen with no good answers.

Id have to say that this OBX setup is got to be the biggest project Ive done on my max.

 

This is the same guy who "searched" for OBX header threads and didn't find an answer...which is bull**** because its discussed in a 16 page thread as well as a seperate 6 page thread.

i would get the hole welded into the headers.. not a big deal...never seen block off plates for that...

Sorry I have all my tabs filled up with OBX header installs from 3rd gen to 5th gen and couldnt find very much information on block plats for people who decided to go for 3.5 headers on a 2000 max. Is there a quote you could show me about someone who has done it WITH BLOCK PLATES AND NOT GETTING A HOLE WELDED IN?
