nothing is impossible. But think of this. You take your car for an oil change; you file a claim with insurance company; your have a vehicle inspection done when picking a new insurance company...it is all in CarFax, baby. So if you have a 5-year old car with 45,000 miles on it..and a record showing you drove 30K mi the first year and 5k each year thereafter, something aint right, and yo *** may go down for fraud. On the other hand, if you do your oil changes by yourself, never take your car to the dealer, never get into accident...if you keep turning on/off..oh well

you cannot simply unhook the odometer. Of you sell or trade a car that has legitimately had the odo replaced, you have to go through a ton of trouble (affadavits and notorized forms) AND you still lose a resale. alot of it.

If you traded in a car that has been tampered and its not disclosed, likely you won't go to jail.. but you will be sued by the dealer and/or the next owner. And they will win and it will suck.

 

is any1 noticing any problems, i drive about 20k per year. will i haveany problems with my max or start to have when im about at 80K?
