Help! Service Engine Light

I just drove home this afternoon with a new Stillen intake and Greddy exhaust. It's been pouring rain here and I wonder if water got in past the filter and tripped my Service Engine light. I have a 2001 SE AE nearing 30k miles and these were my first mods. Any suggestions? What do I say to the dealer?

I had the same problem after I swapped out my JWT for the PR Cai. That tripped the SEL. I highly doubt water can get into the intake since yours is under the hood mounted straight in. It's probably that since your getting an increase in air your trippin the light. Do what most people here do, unplug your negative on the battery overnight and then put it back on and see if you still get the light. The battery trick didn't work for me so I brought it to the dealer. He wouldn't diagnose it because I had aftermarket stuff installed, but he did re-program my ecu so that it will adapt better to all the mods I have (cai, cat-back w/muffler..etc..).... Don't think yours is a big issue... So far so good for me..

double check and make sure all sensors and plugs are secure then unplug battery overnight. It would be very difficult to get water into your cone intake.
