Yes, one kit was enough.

You get:
6 - dry 500 grit pads
4 - dry 800 grit pads
1 - wet 3000 grit pad you share
1 packet of polish + pad

Try this shop called Raw Gadgets in Waldorf. I just got my tint done there and we was talking about the oven in the shop. lol He cracks them open and does the whole HID and Halo lighting for $150 I think. But check it out.

One question though. Why didn't you just open the hood to avoid taping it?

Because of splatter. It's easier to clean the hood than an engine.
