ABS Sensor

Recently i had to replace my driver side spindle/knuckle not sure what it is exactly called but i called a local junkyard and found one for $75 off an 2003 infiniti i30 ($300 new from the $tealership) picked it up still had an ABS sensor in it and thought i could use it since mine was seized in. Well turns out the connectors are different so should i try splicing the wires in off my old one or should i spend the $150 for a new ABS sensor?

If you can get the pinouts of the sensor connector, I would try rewiring the sensor to work with your existing connector going into the wheel well. I would not change the connector on the engine side.

Plus if you go to DaveB, you wont be paying 150. I have a left rear thats had a CEL, but I have yet to walk the wire back into the engine bay as the error code is an OPEN error versus a short error.
