Just wondering if anyone around has bent more than the control arm? I'm asking this because it's seemingly impossible to eye it and tell if it is or not.

I already replaced the shock/strut which were bent to hell and my tire is pushed back 1/4 so it's making noise when I make sharp right turns.

What's your guys suggestion to get my max back to normal? Also I read in the classified about replacing ball joint???

hmmmm.....when I got my 03 max the front suspension was making sounds and i kind of bottom out on the freeway and I hope when I install my c8 coilover on my max will fix it! Oh yea I found out it was in a side accident.

 

the control arm itself would have to take one hell of a hit to bend, unless of course the main pin is bent.

 

I snapped one when my car was 1 day old.

 

What kind of noise does it make OP?

 

on my sounds like something is loose, it makes a weird sound like the suspension is shifting around

 

I bent my passenger side one, my steering wheel was turned to the left a little while driving strait, i installed new arms and my wheel is strait.
btw it did not make any noise

 

i bent my lower control arm, strut, and had to buy a new spindle. it might be a spindle?

 

well ima getting my coilover install tomorrow and if it still have weird noise ima going to get it check out
