All Aluminum Radiator

Hey guys i've been monitoring Genesis Autoparts who offers an all aluminum 00-03 Nissan Maxima 2 row radiator and they've never had not 1 in stock..ever....So I emailed those SOB's and they stated this: " I do apologize but we would have to order in bulk. We can't order just one."
The radiator is a heavy duty all aluminum 2 row assembly for $110.95 p/n ALL26418X7167AA for 02-03 Nissan Maximas......Blow the hell out of there email or let's do a group order.....sales@genesisautoparts.com.....It's B.S. that they don't stock this radiator....If you're interested. email those folks or call them @ 1-888-441-5880 and let's start a 2-row All Aluminum wish list....

I'm sure they can order you just one. It'll just cost more. Contact them and see how much more it will be.

I don't see there being a big push for these in the 5.5 gen. Our cooling systems are really good for N/A and there aren't many forced induction 5.5 cars out there.

Any idea how many they consider bulk?

What's the benifit to this radiator? Our cooling systems don't have any cooling issues?

The sales/tech rep emailed me and said they will not make just 1...I've al that already as far as waiting for it....

I don't want to change another plastic tank radiator...The bigger the radiator...the less stress on my cooling system and other components when I'm running it hard....Over engineering is always a good thing!

I have no clue ...It wasn't specified to me! So I'll ask....

It's bigger, no plastic tanks to deal with....fits both manual and auto cars, it can handle and dissipate more heat than the OEM radiator

On a related note... does the cooling system have to work any harder when there are phenolic spacers under the IM? I mean, heat has to go somewhere.

My radiator is original (7.5 years and 56K miles). And I may be looking to replace it under the heading of proactive maintenance this coming Spring. If an "upgrade" is warranted and reasonable... anyway, I'm interested in this discussion.

I was told the Mishimoto dual core radiator for the 4th gen will fit the 5th gen. But the fan has to be secured with with clamps or zip ties at the bottom.

I would think that wouldn't have that big of an impact...it's not like your'e running boost!

Nice....take some more pics from different angles....I'd like to see how you've secured the fan shroud toward the bottom...The Genesis isabout $120, Mishimoto is over $275 I'm sure....

I got off of this cause there was no response and I'll find out what bulk means to them in numbers and follow up on this ASAP! I would love to have an oversized radiator for extra protection especially when out runnning @ the track! I replied to myself...... LOL!!!!!!

I'm running a Koyo Radiator (can be found in the GD section.) With my power, daily driving in the summer, auto-x a few times, and time attack course a few times I have never over heated or had any problems.

I haven't overheated yet either! But that extra (Max Bit Rate) is always welcomed! I figured having a 2 core here in Texas would give me that extra security too run this car even harder without ever getting even close to a nuclear meltdown..... A Magnum is better than one that's to small and too tight & numbing your feeling.....LOL!

If you're NA you are definitely not going to need more than a Koyo, it's an aluminum radiator with plastic top/bottom. It lowered my coolant temps and I have never had heat problems. If you want to waste money on it, go for it but you're definitely never going to need it unless your pushing 500+whp. The Mishimotos do look nice though.

That's what I have.....I'm not having any problems just counting down to how long these plastic tanked wonders will last? An oversized 2 row radiator is overkill and good til the end of time or a really bad frontal collision.....I love over engineering how about you?
