bubbles in the window tint??

If in 3 days they have not disappeared, then return to the shop that did the install ... although if they had pushed out all the air pockets and water residue properly there really shouldn't be any air pockets.

air bubbles are not uncommon when laying tint, they should disappear anywhere from 3-5 days, depending on the weather. colder weather takes longer.
cheap tint fades to purple, and also glass cleaners with AMMONIA will fade the tint, and discolor it, so stay away from those cleaners.
i would know, i used to be a window tinter.

All good advice!
I buy aerosol cans of Glass / Multi Purpose-Cleaner from Walmart or wherever -- good -n- cheap, and good for multi-uses.
Cleans bugs great off my motorycle helmet and screen!

lucky you membership has it's privileges, i paid $270 for mine a few months ago, but i did all my door windows, %4 in the rear and %32 on the front doors. haven't had an issue with law enforcement, when the pull up along side me.

Ah lucky you. The cheapest I could find here in SoCal was $120 all-around.
I was going to go limo tint but I see my friends fail all the time backing up onto cars, or hitting curbs because they have it. 4% in the back, 32% in the front sounds good

What are people doing about the textured top part of the back windows on our Maxima's? I just bought one and the rear window leaves a lot to be desired. Basically the top 6" or so are filled with voids where the OEM textured part is. Are you guys just not tinting that part or should a good tint shop be able to overcome it?
None of my cars have had that before, and I was going to take it to a tint shop to ask, but if people who own the same car as me already know, it may help me a bit!
Thanks all.

Yeah, some should go away. I've never had a 100% bubble free tint job (I've 4 different ones with three different places). I ended up taking a needle to a couple of the larger ones and managed to flatten them down.
