Much Need brake upgrade

*deep breath*

okay, I need some help/and or guidance, I have a 02 maxima with 113,xxx on the clock, everything is fine on it EXCEPT the brakes, now I know I have atleast one seized caliper I believe its one of the rears.

my question is:

I am thinking about upgrading the brakes at all four corners.

I don't do autocross atleast not yet, but I do hit the drag strip atleast every 3 or so months.

I was planning on swapping out the rotors for some Powerslot slotted rotors, anyone have any experiance with them?

and what kind of calipers should I buy? OEM?

sorry not very knowledgable about braking systems and setups

I definately know I'll be getting some Hawk pads.

basically I just need some guidance on the rotors and calipers that are affordable. Thanks.

1) stick with blank rotors
2) dont waste money on the rear calipers unless they are seized, then get them rebuilt or new ones
3) if you want to upgrade the fronts do the 6th gen bbk or 300zx bbk and you will be more than happy. I did the 6th gen bbk and love it.
4) I would stick with semi metallic pads as ceramics take too long to warm up to be effective on a dd

Very reliable..just go to autozone and they will swap you a new refurbished caliper for your old one + a little cash.
