HELP! H4 Bulb installation
HELP! H4 Bulb installation
OK I get the Moron award for the week. My Manuals are *still* on order at the dealer so .... no reference material. I figure "heck headlight bulbs shouldn't be too tough and I REALLY want to see what the PIAA Xtreme whites are going to look like." Well I have it to the point that i need to remove the bulb from the harness and can't get the little bugger out.
after you pull back the rubber boot, there are two thin copper colored metal clips that hold the bulb upright. squeeze them together and it will let the bulb come out. then it should come out of the harness. to make it easier if you have to do it again, use some bulb grease on the prongs on the back of the bulb.

OK I got it .... I think nissan puts super glue in the harness for the bulbs. Thanks for the help .... gotta go, I bleeding on the keyboard.
BTW the Xtreme Whites look Kick ****. Now I need to do something about the fogs, either all the way yellow or matching the Xtremes.
