They look nice and good choice stayin with OEM I have 08 maxima wheels on and love the stock look. now just get a drop and your good to go. I have maxspeeds and I love the ride and drop from them tho I know im gunna get crap for saying that. im just not in to the ricein out my car thing I just like a clean look. I love the look of a maxima it really needs no improvments more than a little drop and maybe some 18" nissan wheels just my honest opinion.

Heres mine on 18"

The 18" posted above doesn't look too bad and the extra 1" on the sidewall will definitely help with ride comfort.
18's with a drop thats a hell of hit in your sig

No, they don't rub at all. I like the spacers because with the Z rims they sit even with the outside wheel well.

Froggmann you're right it is regional. I can get brand new 245/40/18's from Firestone where I live for less than $110 a tire. I checked the prices just this afternoon in fact. Now if I want to trash some tires I can get some slightly used ones for $190 a set. I'm currently riding on Dulop P9000's and I paid $435 for them, mounted and balanced. It does help that I can get a military discount on them no matter where I buy them from here in Huntsville, AL.

if you're worrying about the whole dub look about a 20'' rim just get a 20x8.5 TSW rim

I agree on the 4X4 look with the 22s, 18s are perfect for our cars or 17s also but to each his own

When you increase the tire diameter, you lose low end and your launch suffers. 22's increase overall
tire diameter by greater than 5%. You may beat a few of those, but you sure as hell aren't beating
"whatever or who ever wants to race."

Some want form over function. I prefer function over form.

To each his own, but please don't park your max next to mine.

Search and dont post a random off topic question in a thread about wheels?

18's seem to be perfect nowadays. Remember when 16's were it? Then 17's and now 18's.

rims

i used to have 20's on my car for about a year....finally got rid of them because of rubbing issues in the rear with my drop...
id say go as max as 19's...what i have now.
rays forged so they are comparatively lightweight as well.

im on 19s on my maxima some axis mod rims they looks real good on the car but they are soo big and feel pointless, i love my 18 inch enkei rims on my tsx such a lightweight durable wheel. and tires are alot more for the 19s aroudn 900-1300 for some tires compared to around 700-900 for my enkeis i want to swap the rims for some 18s but i have a test fit the rims b4 buying cause i have a big brake kit and not all rims fit
