rear axle bushing?

This afternoon while inspecting back axle I notice some oil (Clear & Thick) coming out of the bushings from the torsion beam (right side), when I lifted car from beam and put the stand on left side I notice more oil come out of bushing.
I have checked around and I can't find part# or name, can this part be changed or do I have to get the entire axle?

I don't think that Nissan sells it separately. I looked a Courtesy Nissan's parts list and they only have a part # for the arm.

Maybe after market companies like MOOG?

Energy Suspension makes those.

I just installed them about three weeks ago and it was a MAJOR PITA, but one of mine burst so I felt that I had to do it.

To be honest, I could not notice a difference when the bushing burst, but after I installed the ES bushings, I noticed some more road noise and slightly less sway in the rear end, but I also installed my RSB at the same time so it is hard to tell.

This is also a good time to align your rear axle.

I bought the bushings by themselves and drilled/burned out my OEM bushings and installed these.
