Currently im running a single din, eclipse unit. Buying the alpine navi unit, but its the double din one.... Whats needed to put this in? I had to cut up my mounting kit to put a 1/2 din eq in with the radio so i know its SOMETHING that is gonna resemble work or something other than the SE parts i have. thx.

I bought a DD kit for around $20 on Ebay. The color matches perfectly to my dash. The one from Nissan is an insane $130.00.

or you could order from scosche, it's around $35 total including S+H when i got mine

 

just want one that matches. the "1.5" that i modified to take my arc eq is black. no matching in sight.

Scosche NN1494B if you are on a budget...or get the GXE dash kit like the other member said...but its going to cost you about 2.5-3 times as much

 

If you do go with Scosche get the NN1648B, NOT the NN1498B. The 1648 is the newer, updated version of the same kit. However, the 1498 did need some modifications to fit well with no gaps.

 

Good point..I didnt realize Scosche had a newer version. I took at look at it and it actually looks a lot better since they give you the metal brackets with it (the 1494 didnt come with those). www.cardomain.com has them in their store for around $16...which is a steal IMO

 

i got my kit from walmart.com pictured above.
you use your existing stereo cage anyhow, this is a good facade around the deck.fits perfectly and the best color match youll find.
that scorche kit imo blows.

 

I was on crutchfield and the double din i was looking at it said that it didn't fit

I check on another double din and it said the same thing what's up with that

 

change it to show that you have a stock nav system perhaps.

cause it sure nuff was a direct bolt in for me.
