tail light/side marker light issue!

So today I decided to go ahead and swap out the stock side markers for some clear ones as well as upgrade the bulbs to LEDs. Well after I did so not only did the side marker lights NOT light up, but the tail lights & license plate lights now don't work either. So I decided to try all new bulbs (yes still LED) in the side marker lights and still the same. All the other lights work including the brake lights, turn signals, back up lights, etc.

I checked literally all the fuses and they are all good.

Any suggestions? Keep in mind I'm not exactly mechanical.

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure the connections on the new side markers you got are tight against the connection of the LED bulb's. Sometimes the space that you plug the LED's in is wider and doesn't get a great connection to light up.

I also hope you tried turning the lights ON before you replaced them back into the bumpers. It can be a PITA not only to you but the paint on your car. Always check the bulbs before you put them back in the bumpers. This is the only advise I have if you've checked the fuses. (Assuming your battery works and you TURNED the lights ON)

Goodluck

Thanks Tippy Toes, I did check them before re-installing the actual side markers back on the car. Yes I did turn the lights on and my battery works fine. lol

Tomorrow I'll recheck the "tightness" of the connections.

UPDATE: Replaced all the side markers with new stock replacements (non-LED) and no luck still. I'm at a total loss here. This is going to be a crap sandwich if I have to take it to a garage.

Any other ideas?

Are you sure that you checked the right fuses?

Yep, I'm a douche, I totally forgot to check them and that was it. A 10 amp fuse was blown. Man I feel like a noob. Thanks guys.
