I just ordered some off a member, 2 of which are blown. Ive already ordered replacements. My question is do you take a coilover apart similar to that of a strut? Top hat while loosing the bottom so the spring doensn't have much compression? Thanks.

They may screw from the bottom too.

 

it depends on the type. when I had coilovers, you could easily take them apart by just backing off the preload until the spring was entirely loose in there, then just unbolt the hat and pull it apart

Off topic, But I just used the rsistors to eliminate secondary o2 sensors. And have an o2 sim. No ses. Shouldn't be a problem right? Also I already found out how on k-sports..

remove them from the bottom its easier
