G-tech Performance Meter

Just wondering if anybody has tried this out or heard good things about it. A dyno in Cali. is like 90 to 135 bucks and this thing is 200 bucks and can use it when ever day or night. So comments please!

It's a lot harder to get mixture readings on.

I've got one! It works,...still learning to use it, but it's a good tool for realtime testing of parts/adjustments/etc....

I would say it's hard to get consistent readigs on something like that.

I would rather spend that $$ on some sort of monitoring/logging software.

AE/UpRev/ etc.

it's definetly an accurate device. i used to own one and it was fairly accurate. i remember going to the track one time and then comparing the 1/4 times to the G-tech times, and it was slightly off but only by a max of 1-2/10ths of a sec and 1-2 mph off in the 1/4.
