hid fogs

hid fogs

Ive seen pics of the back of the fogs after the hids bulbs were put in, I want to kno what was used to seal the area where the little seal peice I removed to fit the hid bulbs wire through. Its a clear substance from wut ive seen.

I used Permatex black silicone adhesive sealant, works like a charm, and easy to remove of you need to change something.

I didn't use anything. However, not much rain around these parts.
Did you try contacting the manufacturer?

Thanks for the responses I'll get the clear silicone 1st I'm goin to try the 3k hid bulbs to see if I like it.

Yea make sure you seal them good or else you'll get dirt in the lens. Happened to me before I used anything to cover the hole.

I used Permatex black as well and it's held up really well. Silicone should work just as well.
