rear deck/subs/sound deadening
Sup guys, i have a 2k max w/o BOSe SYSTEM and im in the process of taking out my rear deck...(i cant quite seem to it. Im driving around with my back seats removed hehe). Ok, i've taken out the seats and teh push pins connecting the plastic panel, and the 4 push pins connecting the rear deck to the metal sheet. Now what? do i have the take out the rear sail panels? How bout the child locks or whatever those 3 ugly things on my rear deck are. the rear deck wont come ouT!!! ARRRGGGh. NEED step by step instructions!
Also, i have 18 sq ft. of b-quiet and i want to do only the rear deck and behind my seats for now. Would i put it on the plastic panel behind the rear seat? HOw many layers should i put under the rear deck, and even before doing that is it wise for me to cut a hole in the rear deck (if i do it will look like a stock BOse system) so that my 12" sub wil sound better?
Ok finally, i have a idq 12" sub. I saw ispeed's 2 jl subs and custom enclosure and thats how i want to set up my subs. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to build something like that? How would i secure it? etc.
I need details and lots of answers! PLEASE HELP ME Pics would be nice too! thanks

If I was you, I wouldn't put any of the sound deadening on the rear deck. The sound deadener is used to keep sound out of the cabin. Such as road noise, or in your case, if you put it on the rear deck, the sound of your sub that is coming from the trunk. If you do cut a hole in the rear deck, then this will let more of the sound from your sub into the cabin. Which is not a bad idea. I am thinking of doing this myself when I have the $$$ for a system.
