Well, sellin the 2002 SE soon...already

Prob gonna sell in a few months, only had it since September though, less than 3000 miles so far! I traded in a 1999 M3 for the Max when I lost my leg, had to sell the stick, the Max is a great car, but not quite my style I think, little too big and handling is a little off. Gonna trade her in come Spring for a 2002 M3, I missed the old one a lot, so I figure what the hell, you only live once. What do ya think I can get for it come April, with only like 5000 miles or so on it? Sticker was 28,125.

The car is obviously an automatic... what other options do you have on it? I am a manual trans guy, but might know someone who could be interested in that car...and at the time frame you are looking to sell.

Trade-in: ~$21K
Private: ~$23K

Nothing is worse than getting rid of a new car within the first year. You really take a huge hit in depreciation. Sounds like it shouldn't be much of a problem for you if you can afford a $52K M3.

A maxima is a great car but from an 99 M3 to a 02 Maxima is kinda of funny.

Its good you bought the 2002 maxima because it a lot faster then the 2001. have fun with it until april and with your new M3(bastard...hehe)

Sportbike accident, left the road somehow and hit a guy wire on a pole, took the leg right off and wrecked me at 75 MPH...

Car is Dark Grey, Auto, Bose system, Moonroof. No side airbags. leather, traction control...shouldnt get hit TOO bad because it still will be the current model year, so I have that goin for me, got one of the first ones off the line in Sept.

Well, M3 was a stick so I HAD to sell it...needed a good automatic car with power, so Max was choice 1, and economy sucked then so prices were great.

Are you gonna go for that new clutchless manual trans option in the M3($2400 option... ouch) or auto?

SMG...there is no real AUTO with the M3 for 2002, just 6 speed and SMG, and I cant drive the stick...dammit.

It's a Formula 1 style paddle-shift transmission - a standard 6-speed controlled by the paddles behind the steering wheel. The computer shifts quicker than any human can, and more precise. Very sweet...
