^ It's supposed to be the easiest to learn though........
Assuming smaller socket and hammer according to perkmans response.. That's because i'm basing perkman kinda understood that^? Either he stripped one on or he can't get one on? I honestly have no idea...

I've always heard the opposite.... There are a lot of things in English that don't actually make sense, you just have to know them. In a lot of other languages everything is "by the book" but English is all broken.
Anyways, the OP's english is probably fine, but the grammar, aye carumba.

I personally think english is the most difficult language to fully understand and comprehend. Every other language i have learned are much simpler than english. But it sounds to me that he is saying that his crossmember only has one screw/bolt holding it on the radiator support and that the threads on the radiator support are stripped so he cant install the new/ second bolt. Not sure what to do there besides trying to re-tap it. Good luck
Sears sells a bolt removal kit for about $35. It works great. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...2160000P?mv=rr
That is really not true. English must have one of the simplest grammars out there. The hardest part is probably conditional statements and learning irregular past tenses for words.
Let's compare to German.
In German already the article for nouns is highly irregular and doesn't make sense. In English we simply have THE. In most other languages the article simply depends on the biological sex of the noun, not so in German.
eg.
German English Spanish
das Maedchen the girl la chica
das is the German article for a neutral noun, not for a feminine. The feminine form would be die
another example car (or wagon
German English Spanish
der Wagen the car el coche
der and el are masculine articles even tho clearly a car is a thing and should be having the neutral article. Hmmm maybe it is since most languages have cars as masculine I find it strange for people to call their cars "she" and give her female names....
So that was something banal as the article for nouns.
Now to actual grammar. Declensions and conjugations.
Declensions in the English are almost absent and their sense is usually accomplished by adding clarifying words in front of the noun. German has four distinct grammatical cases, Latin and most Slavic languages have seven.
1.Nominative (Who or what?)
2.Genitive (whose?)
3.Dative (whom?)
4.Accusative (what?)
so that is
German English Latin
1. Der Herr the man domin-us
2. Des Herren the man's domin-i
3.Dem Herren to the man domin-o
4. den Herr the man domin-um
Now latin has a couple more domin-o
grammatical cases
The there is conjugation. That is how the verb changes depending on who performs those. Such as 1st person singular is I, 2nd person is you 3rd person is he etc etc.
English Spanish German
Infinitive to play jugar spielen
1. s I play yo juego Ich spiele
2. s You play tu juegas du spielst
3. s He/she it plays el juega er spielt
1.p We play nosotros jugamos wir spielen
2.p You play vosotros jugais ihr spielt
3.p They play ellos juegan sie spielen
So that was like just some obvious differences and I'm not saying English is not a hard language to learn, every language is really hard to learn, but it is definitively one of the easier ones. That's why I think not many native English speakers speak a lot of foreign languages because a lot of the concepts of traditional grammar just aren't in the English language, thus it's hard to learn and understand those.
Just my .02

Very well done!
If you only have one bolt holding the crossmember up ( I'll assume at the front) it sound like you have a rusted out lower Rad support the requires replacing first, pop off the front bumper cover and inspect the lower Rad support as they are very prone to rusting out. Below it what you are describing as the bolts from the crossmember bolt up in the middle of the Rad support.

your not the only one.
