"Tornado Gas Saver"

Has anyone used the Tornado Gas Saver? The commercial claims it saves fuel, increases 5-10hp, and improves car performance. Wonder if it fits on the 5th generations.

Does it give back massages, walk your dog and get your mail too? Sorry, not making fun of you, it just sounds way too good to be true.
