Which CAI is better Place Racing or Cattman

 

They are one and the same... just different colors I think.

 

Make your own, like I did. It will save you money, and you get one hell of an improvement. Here are some pics of mine.

Like clee130 said, they are one in the same, and I believe that they are even the same colors.

 

In addition them being one in the same and available in the same colors, Avalon Racing tends to sell them cheaper than everybody else unless Cattman is running a special.

MAn I want to do this, but no one will give me the specs of their current PRCAI so it can make my life easier, my friend works as a welder, but all I need to do is give him a drawing to spec and he will make it.

Jderry3 I checked out your picks and I'm really interested in doing something similar on my 2K2 also. Could you share with me your parts list? Also, did you cut a hole in your fender or does the CAI just sit under the battery behind the radiator. Thanks in advance!

cattman buys the pipes from place racing (comes with place racing instructions) cattman supplies their own rubber connectors.

they are the same, cattman usually has the best price at $200

btw the K&N filter is $40 if you buy it from autozone.
