P1147 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Maximum Voltage Monitoring (Bank 1)

P1167 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Maximum Voltage Monitoring (Bank 2)

Well, ran codeless for around 4 months or so. I'm running the o2 sim and 2 (10) ohm resistors wired in so my o2 sensors (secondary) are out. Any idea what could randomly cause these to come back on? Checked wiring, everything seems in check and no wires are burned or cut. Everything seems connected from what I can tell.. Since it's both secondary sensors I assumed something with the ohms since they wire to the same wire. ( can't remember off the top of my head, been a while since I've seent eh diagram). Don't think replacing the ohms will make a difference, but just looking for a starting step incase It comes back on. I reset it yesterday but haven't hit 50 miles just yet.

Thanks guys.

Dude seriously? A bump? Control yourself, let it ride for at least the busier part of the day.

My thoughts would be, you may be asking for trouble using resistors, etc. as O2 replacements. That can't be good for consistency and is perfect for intermittent/inconsistency.

Replace them with new ones, do a little leg work.

I'll give that a try if it pops back on. By any chance anyone have the diagram of how they wire in? I had it a while ago but can't seem to find it anymore.
