So after 4 years one of my halo ring went out on my headlight, remind you I have duel halos on both sides now my question is if I can't see they bulb to change it how I will go about doing this. I'm guessing I'll have to remove the glass cover????

Not many people change them because not many people can deal with how bad those headlights are.
