automatic issue?

automatic issue?

soo im crusing around 30~35 and i floor it just to get a pick up and my revs stick at around 3k for like 2 seconds and then go up to 5~6k and i fly... is that bad the revs stopped at 3k for that long? or is it like the traction control??

timing advance

ya thats an auto thing,
a timing advance might help with the throttle response

pretty normal.
the auto doesnt always kick down to 1st due to the torque from the engine.
40mph is a point when it down to 1st or not.
when your doing 35mph, the transmission probably is in 4th already. when you floor it, it thinks wait it could be a driver's mistake, lets wait. then it thinks nooo, the driver is flooring it, lets downshift.

That used to happen to me but after couple mods it helped still want them NWP spacers but got to pay off my card for Fastcat and Exhaust coming up next week!!
