ALOT OF FAIL v.transaxlestilldoingthedougie

the parts for my maxima came into day...and of course i'm super amped

sending pics to my facebook of my epic parts and all the etc, leave the parts in the car and drop of the maxipad to my mechanic....he pulls it into the shop to prevent any theives from breaking in..and he calls me...'it maybe the bearing in your transmission, not the throwout bearing'

i mean, i'm all about doing preventative maintenance..but man i dont feel like spending another $500+ for a transmission right now...i'm looking at $1500 to get it back on the road after its all done...definitely not looking forward to it..*sigh*

so sad to say...its a slim chance that my clutch kit/flywheel is going to solve my issue i need a drank!

Its the same exact procedure to get the 6speed to work on a 4th gen.

And yes it will physically mate to the DEK. It will to any fwd VQ

No problem. 2 main thing you have to worry about with the 6 speed swap is the timing ring and the motor mount. Research and understand that 100% before you even start buying parts.
