Just thought before I left I'd leave something. I tried this gab out and to say the least, I love it. With a good filter I just feel the throttle response is a bit stronger, and it dyno'd 2whp better then the spectre autozone ish. Not the best in the world but hey, it does the job while maintaining the stock look, kinda. I got this idea after looking at a budys trans am engine bay..

hahaha, not when i'm trying to sell my car. I'll be sure to do that when I hit that z Just never seen anyone do this and figured i'd post up a pic. I know it's kinda useless but eh, Why not.

 

We used to do this with the 4th gen box all the time, pretty cool stuff. I tried it too on the 5th gen, and ended up buying another stock airbox since I wanted peace and quiet again.

That has since changed since I'm now rocking a great sounding JWT POP and Cattman 3"

 

Where did you dyno the car? And BTW, our local group has lunch together a couple of times a month, you should join us.

 

I mentioned in a thread a long time ago, something along the lines as to why was he asking these types of questions, etc, after all, he does live in the same town as said VQ Wizard...Srsly, take advantage of that.
