change struts = fail

change struts = fail

I decided to take on the task of changing my stock struts cause they all were\still is in bad shape. I choose the gr-2's and the rear was so bad as i got them on but the front PITA retaining clips wasnt good enough for those stock springs. Gonna have to cough up some $$$ for some shop to do the front for me

I'm not sure of the problem you're relaying, or I'd be replying with something useful. Can you extrapolate on the issue?

the only "retaining clip" i know of is the one that holds the brake hose to the strut

I think he probably meant the two strut bolts... just need to spray some PB blaster and let it do its job.

Thanks, it came through a truely corroborative intense effort. And Oh cr@p! I just noticed the chick on it is so skinny that her arm is see through. Or maybe the chrome door trim is just uber shiny that it shines through flesh and bones!
