Guys question for those that have gone throu this code.

It's clearly a maf issue. From what I've read on here the most common is the sensor itself. Well provided the wiring looks good and it does.

As far as buying a new one. I have read that buying a maf for an older model is cheaper, just to change thermistor?? I have an 02 Max

If so please let me know what year I should order. thanks

thanks scarface. Appreciate your quick response.

So pissed though, we'll see if I can get it for the weekend. I was about to take a 100-mile drive, and upon trying to go through a yellow traffic light, I revved to 5K and then immediate the car died off. Thought I blew the motor but luckily I had my scanner handy which showed the code. 5 minutes from my house at least was the positive side of things.

Anyway, thanks a lot scarface
