Aftermarket headlight seems to be fogging up

Aftermarket headlight seems to be fogging up
So I have some aftermarket headlights on my 00 Max, and I live in Phx. So yeah it can get quite hot here. Anyways my passenger side headlight is fogging up in the corner, yet it doesn't seem like condensation. I have no clue whats causing it.. Anyone have any ideas? Or how I can clean it?
