20% Tints all around [PICS]

Hey guys,
I thought I'd give you an update on my car if any of you care to see it ;-) I just got my max tinted this weekend down in Indiana. It's 20% all the way around with a 5% sun visor. Any comments or critism is more than welcome. Sorry for all the pics.

Before you say anything, I am going to get a car wash today! ;-)

Before Tint:

After Tint:

OMG... I've never seen a Max w/ tinted windows before.

Rad.

p.s. the tint strip on the visor is ghetto.

the visor strip was free so i said why not, i can always take it off. I'm still on the fence about it, makes my car windshield look so small.

The 20% looks great. Miss mine, but I got a ticket and went to 35%. +1 for removing the visor strip. Doesn't look clean.

I do like the look of the 20% all around, I have had no issues with mine being 20% ... and yes you should do the sunroof as well you will like it during those really bright sunny days when you just want to open the shield and tilt the roof opening.

It cost $148.50 with tax included! I probably will end up removing the visor tint. I love the complete black look! No that picture was taken in Chicago.

I used to know a guy that did all my tints but for around $220 - had mad skills too, my maxima tint was done in 04 - not a single problem yet...but he is no longer in business...

that shop you went to...got a contact? I want to tint my wife's solara...

I appreciate your kind words. Is this the extent of your posts just calling everything lame? I'm open to critism by all means but just saying lame does no one any good.

Yes the tints were 10% off by referral. And do I get the chrome window trim black by just removing it and painting?

I had 5% front and 2.5% rears done on my Jetta well before it was even modded to what it was and wow was that first month a b1tch. It became common for me to get pulled over at least 12 times and cited half the time a month for them. It was so bad that my homies didnt wanna ride with me anymore. Just throwing it out there since I noticed that you're in Califcukya too. Well also it could be where I live that can have a hand in it ....

Gotta do something about that chrome window trim though!

It's called Trimbrite and used to be available at your local autozone but they no longer stock them.

http://shop.omgili.com/item-B00029XD62

Order one roll and cut it in the middle all the way through the roll and that should be plenty.

Not bad, and congrats. Glad you know of the consequences...hope it doesn't bite you in the butt. I just had mine done a month ago in 35% on sides, and 20% on very rear window. I'm done dealing with cops.

to do it right, you need more that half the width

just get two, put it on so it overlaps both sides...use a razor to cut off the extra

Sooner's car in it's natural habitat. How's the articulation over large rocks? Those H&R springs help prevent getting high centered?

I never found it at Autozone, but Pepboys had it. Took me 10 minutes to actually find it in the damn aisles though.
