Are both front and rear cross member mounts liquid filled on the 6MT or just the front?

Only the front on an AT is liquid filled.

on my 5.5 Gen 6 speed, both were liquid filled when I installed the Energy Suspension motor mounts.

Reizy is correct, only the front on the AT is liquid filled. 6spds do not have liquid filled mounts. Easy way to tell if you don't believe it is to check which mounts have a wire and connector coming out of it, if there is no wire/harness then it is not liquid filled.

they are all liquid filled, 5 speed 6 speed, auto doesn't matter. Auto's are motorized to increase the pressure of the fluid to make them harder or softer. Even the LCA bushings are liquid filled.

So, following the OPs questions, if I swap ES mounts into my AT, I will or won't have issues?

I'm desperately in need of motor mounts. My wheelhop is terrible.

^^^ You won't have any issues, but you might feel a bit of vibration during idle.

A little bit of vibration isn't gonna bother me. I've got coilovers on the front and mismatched springs/struts in the rear. Doesn't get much more turbulent than that.
