Vibration 60-82 mph

Hello everyone, im having vibration issues with my car and im almost at the give-up route. My car pulls to the left and vibrates from 60-82 mph before smoothing out.Things i have done in trying to fix the problem include:

All 4 tires are balanced, completely zero'd out, rotation was done as well and the alignment is also perfect. After getting it aligned, i told them it was pulling to the left, they adjusted it to the right to equal it out, but i stilll have to hold the steering continuously to the right in order to go straight on the road.

All 4 tires are 36 psi in them and the tires are in good condition

The outer tie rod was changed from stock to moog.

The drop on the car is a 1.5 drop all around with kyb gr2 and hnr springs.

Control arms were replaced and so were the strut mounts.

Lug nuts are tightened, so my wheels arent wobbling.

What else am i missing here? Took the car to two mechanics, done all the above work and still cant drive in peice. Any help would be appreciated.!

Holding the steering is due to torque steer... just is - what it is. I was told when I get out on the road and cruise is on it should drive straight... it still wants to pull right. I watched and have print out on my alignment... all right on spec.

Just wondering why you had to change lower control arms?

How long have you had the car and have the hub/wheel bearings been replaced?

Was the car ever in an accident? If so, you could have a bent frame.

Do you have any pulsations in the steering wheel when you brake? Check the rotors.

on the rotors, maybe a seized caliper too?

how are the ball joints lookin? mine vibrated at the same speed, no pulling tho, and it turned out to be bad ball joints. replaced, problem solved.

Maybe the rotor's but you should really have someone check out your axles cause the same thing happen to me with my 2000 Max got new spings, struts and alignment and still nothing until they said your axle is done for replaced it and smooth as heck!! Good Luck though!!

Perhaps rims out of true. I had my wheels roadforce balanced and they informed me that mine were out of true, I have similar symptoms.

Never heard the term out of true. Had the car for 35k now, first 20k there was no complain.

Might have to look into that.

Not sure about the rotor and caliper, but remember,0-59 is smooth driving, 60-82 is madness.Cant understand why that happens. Will take a look at the ball joints.

No accident to my knowledge. Have the car for 35k now, first 28k was just wonderful and now this problem.

Had the car year+, I'm not sure why my brother had changed the control arms in the first place. I think it was just out of replacing stuff to be on the safe side. The hub/wheel bearings have never been replaced to my knowledge, but same thing goes for my car and i dont have this problem.

Guys, so the vibration only occurs on acceleration. When accelerating from 0-60 its smooth....60-82 its horrible vibration, as you go faster than 82 it kinda smooths out, but when you let off gas from 82-60-0 everything is all smooth.

Sounds like an axle issue.

Check your axle carrier bearing as well. Mine went bad a while back and had very similar symptoms.

By out of true I meant its not just like a small bend but the entire rim sorta being a bit warped, not like a lot of bends that are isolated to one part of the rim.

We checked that yesteryday, it was tight. The drivers side axle however had quite a bit of play in it.So that might just be the culprit. We'll see.

Remember to torque the lug nuts properly at 80 ft-lbs. It is crucial.

I'm having a similar issue on the pass. side -- vibration from 60mph on up.

CANNOT seem to isolate it or replace enuff parts to remedy it.

Can the guy who posted-up here, give updates on bearing/hub/axle replacements, and let us know if they solved their vibration issues?!

I'm hoping to find which fix is the one I need.

thanks guys.
